It is such a pleasure to work with Monteiro. We have now hired him more times than I can count. Scheduling is easy, done by text with his wife, who manages his calendar. Monteiro arrives on time and is prepared. His work is excellent- he makes super clean lines and perfect finishes. He is able to do tricky areas, such as our 14 foot cathedral ceilings, without any complaint. If there ever has been a problem with the arrangement (for example when I bought the wrong type of paint, or when plaster had recently been applied to our walls but not primed), Monteiro remained calm and professional, and made the best of the situation. He has always completed our work on time and kept our home clean. On top of his excellent work, he is a very nice person, to boot.
